a. Digital Products:

Since 1TAP Cards (One Tap Technologies Pvt Ltd) primarily offers digital products (such as digital business cards), cancellations are only accepted before the final product or service has been delivered or activated. Once a digital product is delivered, it cannot be canceled.

b. Subscription Plans:
  • If you have subscribed to any of our paid plans, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • Cancellation Timing: Cancelling a subscription will prevent future charges, but the current billing cycle will not be refunded. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period.

2. Refund Policy

a. Digital Products:

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not provided once the product has been delivered or the service has been activated. However, we may issue refunds under special circumstances, including:

  • Technical issues with the product that cannot be resolved.
  • Incorrect product delivery due to an error on our side.

b. Subscription Plans:

  • Annual Subscriptions: Refunds for annual subscriptions may be issued on a prorated basis if cancellation occurs within 14 days of the initial purchase. After 14 days, no refunds will be provided for annual plans.
